Begin registration. Please read all directions and write down the application number in the top right corner.
Submit Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Parent Photo ID and one proof of address. CCSD will accept any utility bill (NO PHONE OR CABLE) or a mortgage or lease agreement. Please make sure the date can be seen on utility bill.
Submit the above documents to: 0234-AGGIEROBERTS@NV.CCSD.NET and enter your child’s name and application number in the subject line.
